By placing an order with Rejuvagrow Hair Comapny ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("customer" or "you") agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.

  1. ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING.                                                                                 All orders are processed within 4-5 business days from order date (excluding weekends and holidays).                                                                                                    Shipping times vary based on your selected shipping method and location.                Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.                       We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or weather related issues. 
  2. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY                                                                                                     All products are subject to availability. If an items out of stock, we will notify you and offer alternatives or a refund.                                                                                     Due to the nature of human hair extensions and other products being derived from all 100% natural resources, slight color and texture variations may occur. 
  3. PAYMENTS                                                                                                                              We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal,and other secure checkout options.                     All payments are due at time of purchase. Orders will not be processed without full payment.                                                                                                                           
  4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES                                                                                                             Due to the sanitary nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, NO EXCEPTIONS.                                                                                                                                 We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless the product is defective or you received the wrong item.                                                                                                      Any concerns must be reported within48 hours of receiving your order. 
  5. CUSTOM ORDERS (extensions only)                                                                                                                      Custom wigs, color services, or pre-orders require a non-refundable deposit.                                  Processing times for custom orders may vary and will be communicated clearly at the time of purchase.                                                                                                                    
  6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY                                                                                                  All content on our website (images, text, logos, product names, etc.) is owned by Rejuvagrow Hair Company and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission. 
  7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY                                                                                                                                                            Rejuvagrow Hair Company is not liable for any allergic reactions , scalp sensitivities, or misuse of products.                                                                                                               You are responsible for proper hair care and maintenance once the product is in your possession.                 
  8. PRIVACY                                                                                                                                   We respect your privacy. Your personal information is only used to process your order and will never be sold or shared with third parties.                                                          
  9.
